Beginning on May 30th, Google disabled the ability for less secure apps (such as Outlook) to connect to your Google account using only a username and password. What this means is if you’re using Outlook to access your Gmail account, you might have lost the ability to send and receive emails recently. Don’t worry though, this doesn’t mean you need a new email account or email program!
Bring your system in to Level Seven Computers and we’ll get you up and running again. We’ll make the needed changes to your Google account for secure access and update your Outlook settings. While you’re here feel free to have us check if your computer can benefit from any of the other repair & upgrade services that we offer. Give us a call at (402) 261-0851 or stop in today!
